EVER AFTER

Once upon a time I fell inlove. Just like the canvass of an old fairytale, it was so magical. But unlike them, mine didn't ended with a happy ending. No, there's no evil queen nor an appetizing apple to devour, for the culprit was myself. Years passed, flowers bloomed...blurred memories finally faded. There were times when I missed that feeling—being happy with just a mere thought of someone special. As I step forward to chase that feeling, countless of thoughts bugged my inner might. Tell me, how much are you willing to risk for something you never sure of? Are you ready to fight for something and lose everything at the end? Will you invest love, time and effort for someone whom you know will soon elude? Are you willing to risk that much? Tell me. Yes, I missed that feeling, but I'm willing to to be drown in loneliness waiting ,than to put myself in an unsure relationship. I'm willing to wait. I will still wait, not to challenge my impatience but because I still believe in ever after with you. 💞
